Service terms

These terms govern a restaurant's use of Restaurant Roster during its trial and paid subscription.

Restaurant authority

You confirm that you are authorized to create the restaurant workspace and provide the sales, employee, wage, availability, and scheduling information used by the service.

Scheduling responsibility

Restaurant Roster provides forecasts and scheduling recommendations. A restaurant manager must review every rota before publication and remains responsible for staffing decisions, employment obligations, break rules, wage rules, and local legal compliance.

Subscription

The trial does not require a payment card and does not automatically charge you. Access may pause when the stated trial ends. If paid plans are offered later, their price, renewal, cancellation, and payment provider will be shown before you choose to subscribe.

Acceptable use

Do not misuse the service, attempt unauthorized access, upload data you are not entitled to use, interfere with other customers, or use generated schedules without appropriate manager review.

Availability and changes

We work to keep the service available and protect customer data, but pilot and subscription software may occasionally require maintenance or change. Material changes affecting paid use will be communicated to account owners.
